      Luis Garcia was born in Miami, FL.

      Luis has experience with all residential types, many industries and commercial real estate types. Condominiums, multi-family apartments, single family, luxury estates,  commercial development sites of 10 units to 300 and larger sites. 

Luis has been purchasing, selling and leasing residential and commercial real estate since 1984.

     Luis' background is in the real estate records research, investigating, locating and recording of documents, and obtaining specific public records information for all real estate inquiries since 1984 for the general public, the legal and banking industries, and for the News and Entertainment industries.

     In 1984, Luis founded a nationwide real estate, civil, foreclosure, criminal, family, public record/research/retrieval and information company. 

Open since 1984. The company continues to be owned by the Garcia family, the company's name is 

   Accurate Confidential Research, Inc.

   Prior to 1984, Luis was employed by the Miami-Dade County Clerk of Courts in the Traffic, Real Estate, Divorce, Foreclosure,  Liens and Judgement Records Library and the Recording Department, as a Court Records Specialist.

    Prior to working for the Clerk of the Court, Luis was employed by the General Services Administration of Miami-Dade County.
